We ship CHEST jewelry internationally. Exact delivery areas and available destinations are indicated at the time of order placement.

Delivery costs and time

Delivery costs and estimated delivery time are calculated individually depending on:

• Destination
• Order weight and size
• Selected delivery method

Exact information about delivery costs and time is provided before the order is confirmed. Delivery time starts after payment confirmation.

Delivery methods

Available delivery methods:

• Courier mail
• Parcel machines (in selected countries)
• Post offices

Specific delivery methods are specified during order placement depending on the delivery address.

Order tracking

After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Important:

• Delivery may be delayed during holiday periods
• Upon receipt of your order, please check the status of the shipment in the presence of the supplier.
• International deliveries may be subject to customs duties depending on the destination country.

Returns and exchanges

Right of return

According to the Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving any explanation.

Return conditions

The product can be returned if:

• The product is unused and in original condition.
• Original packaging and all tags preserved
• The product has no damage or signs of use.
• Purchase document saved

Cannot be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made products
• Products purchased during a special promotion or sale (if indicated)
• For hygiene reasons – for earrings with direct contact elements, if the package is opened

How to return an item?

2. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We will send you instructions and a return address.
4. Pack the item in its original packaging and send it to the address provided.

Return costs

• The buyer covers the cost of returning the item, unless the defect is due to our fault.
• If the product is damaged or not as described, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

• Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• The money will be refunded to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are not refundable (except in cases where the product is damaged or does not meet the requirements)

Exchange

• If you would like to exchange the product for a different size or model, please contact us.
• Exchange is possible if the desired product is available in stock.
• In case of exchange, shipping costs are calculated individually.

Receiving a damaged or incorrect product

If you received a damaged or incorrect product:

1. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours)
2. Send photos of any damage or discrepancy
3. We will offer a solution:
   • Full refund
   • Product exchange
   • Partial compensation (depending on the damage)

Warranty

• CHEST jewelry is durable and high quality
• If the product is found to have a manufacturing defect within 6 months, we will repair or replace it free of charge
• The warranty does not cover natural wear and tear or damage due to improper use.
